Where It All Began

My journey started with a fascination for how computers worked. I began by building systems for homes and small offices, which sparked a deeper interest in IT infrastructure and networking.

This curiosity led me to pursue formal certifications and dive deep into enterprise-level environments—managing everything from servers to high-availability email systems.

Why “TechiJack”?

As I began creating content and helping others online, I needed a name that was simple and easy to remember. “Techi” reflects my love for technology, and “Jack” is a friendly nickname people gave me when they struggled with my full name—so TechiJack was born.

What started as blog posts and YouTube tutorials gradually turned into something bigger. As more people reached out for help, I realized the demand for expert, no-nonsense support—especially for Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 environments.

I eventually built a small but skilled team of certified professionals who now help deliver these services full-time.
